Coronavirus COVID-19 cases are surging in certain parts of Canada. Restrictions are now returning.

Unfortunately, the forecast says that the spread of the virus will accelerate. In Ontario Province, strict new restrictions are mandatory in 3 hot spot regions: Toronto, Peel and Ottawa.

There will be no indoor dining at restaurants and bars. Other places will be closed: gyms, casinos and movie theatres. All wedding receptions will be cancelled. These restrictions will remain in effect for 28 days.

2020 has TRULY sucked. I think 2021 is gonna suck too. 2022 will be crap. Every year has been crap, but this COVID-19 made it tenfold crap.

Yeah, the pandemic really is pretty bad. I wonder how long the pandemic will last. The daily case numbers are not at all decreasing in many places. Covid-19 sure made things worse.

It is unfortunate to hear that cases are surging in the UK. The restrictions are inconvenient.

England has been plunged into its 2nd lockdown. Tougher restrictions are here.

The lockdown came into effect this on Thursday November 5 at 12.01 am and will remain until Wednesday 2 December, but Cabinet Minister Michael Gove warned it may last longer.

Pubs, restaurants and non-essential shops have closed their doors and members of the public have been told to stay at home for the next four weeks in a bid to reverse the spread of Covid-19.

Justice Secretary Robert Buckland said law enforcement will continue the approach of "policing by consent" to try to get the public to comply with the new lockdown.
