Callisto Protocol at Maximum Security

Good evening, I want to write this thread to ask an opinion about a possible problem. I started the run at Maximum Security and know i am outside searching the hangar after Elias's death. The problem is that i only have two weapons because i don't have enough credits to create new weapons from the modules. Should i restart the run and search everywhere in the maps for credit ( for example i found too late that the little boxes with blue leds have some loot) ? Sorry for the English and thanks for the help.
