Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War file size was detailed by Activision Blizzard, showing a 125+GB storage space requirement for next-gen consoles and PC.

File sizes across available platforms are as follows:
  • PlayStation 4: 95GB
  • PlayStation 5: 133GB
  • Xbox One: 93GB
  • Xbox Series X|S: 136GB
  • PC: 35GB (Multiplayer Only) / 82GB (Full Game) / 125GB (Full Game on Ultra Graphics)

Activision has confirmed that “additional storage space may be required for mandatory game updates.”

Users can pre-load the game from tomorrow, depending on platforms, as follows:
  • Xbox One, PS4: 5.00am GMT, 6 November
  • PC: 6.00pm GMT, 10 November
  • Xbox Series S & X: 10 November (no time provided)
  • PS5: 12 November (no time provided)

Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War heads to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Series S and Windows PC from 13 November.

God damn, that is going to kill bandwidth and choke internet speeds. It take me a week to download it.
 
Why are file sizes so massive for a COD game? It's crazy how space it requires
 
Considering the sizes that are coming for consoles after the OS and stuff, this game will take a good quarter on some machines.
 
At least it's a decent size on old-generation consoles. I don't think PS4 and Xbox One gamers would have liked another big game
 
This is becoming a bit ridiculous on size of games. Especially with the costs of the special expandable storage on Series X.
