Anyone else think Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2 is the best protagonist ever?

I just finished RDR2 for like the third time, and I gotta say, Arthur Morgan is just something else. The way his character develops throughout the story, his struggles with loyalty and morality, and those emotional moments - it all hits different. I've played a ton of games, but I can't think of another main character that left such a big impact on me. Arthur just feels so real and relatable, you know? I'm curious what you all think. Has any other game character come close to dethroning Arthur as the GOAT protagonist for you?

Typical "Westerner" scenario. I could say "GUN" or "Oddworld:Strangers Wrath". I really wish Oddworld was Abe but I guess we keep him as a goof instead. Strangers Wrath was almost a perfect scenario.

"Beyond Good and Evil" Shawnie/Jade was as balanced as you could get. Just mild.

"Blue shirt guy" ( Tommy from GTA ) was well written. Only problematic when they write him out or age him.

"Mario RPG" Bowser was possible the most "anti-hero" made. After seeing him being antagonist, he is like "I am only here to get my castle back" mentality,

"Bob" from "Reboot" also comes to mind. PSX game ( but looks great on later hardware ).

Jill from "RE" ( before they screwed her character up and made her into a bio-weapon ), was the apex of "ideal head-strong, female-etc, character" In RE2 you find her desk, it literally shows how claim she was about the whole virus thing, being the lock-pick girl, who gave Lara a run for her money.

Conker from "Bad Fur Day" was probably the most apex of them all, when you put him beside "Save our Pizzas".
I was wondering where is the moment Conker is going to start flying around, and collect stars.
